Yes. Fixdesign Horse Riding ensures a customer care service on business days working hours, i.e. Monday to Friday 8.30 to 12.30 and 14:00 to 18:00. Requests occurring in the weekends shall be dealt with on the following Monday. Requests occurring on holidays shall be dealt with starting on the first business day. SHIPPINGS
1. Shipping costs?
No shipping costs are charged for orders over 30 euro placed in Italy. Foreign customers enjoy free shipment for orders exceeding 150 Euro. A shipping cost of 25 Euro shall be charged on orders lower than 150 euro. The items are shipped by TWS/SDA courier usually within 48 hours after receiving the payment.
2. Delivery terms?
The items purchased on Fixdesign.it are shipped by international courier and delivery terms include usually 2-3 business days. Said term may be longer for special sales or promotions. Please note that terms may be longer in some Countries where custom duty clearance is requested.
RETURNS POLICY
1. CAN A PURCHASED ITEM BE REPLACED?
Yes. Replacement of a purchased item (size, colour or type) or reimbursement can be requested within 10 days after delivery to the customer.
2. HOW TO PROCESS RETURNS?
A returns form is available under art. 7.2 of sale conditions (http://shop.fixdesignhorses.it/cms.php?id_cms=3). Fill it in and append it to the package. The shipping cost of returns is upon the customer’s charge, either by courier or mail service.
Returns from abroad must be shipped by courier.
We can’t accept boxes shipped by mail service and we’ll be obligated to reject it.
3. IS THE RETURN OPTION AVAILABLE FOR ANY ITEM?
Yes. Items to be returned shall be complete of the relevant ID bar code, shall not have been worn, ironed or processed howsoever and shall be returned in the same conditions as they were shipped to the Customer. Returns shall be addressed exclusively to:
