How to buy
1. AM I SUPPOSED TO I SIGN UP TO BUY?
Yes. Please select “SIGN UP” and fill the form in with your information. This shall be required only once at the first purchase. On any further visit the customer shall be required only to input his/her e-mail and password and the system shall log the user in automatically.
2. CAN THE PERSONAL PROFILE BE EDITED AFTER SIGNING UP?
Yes. At any time, the user can edit his/her personal profile (e.g. address or e-mail). Simply select “MY ACCOUNT”, edit as required and save the changes.
3. CAN A FAVOURITE ITEM LIST BE CREATED?
Yes. The Customer can save a favourite items list with the “WISHLIST” feature. By clicking the relevant link, a dedicated page appears where the selected items can be saved. The Customer will be able to review them at any time.
4. CAN UPDATED INFORMATION BE RETRIEVED REGARDING PROMOTIONS, SPECIAL OFFERS AND NEWS?
Yes. The customer can subscribe to the FIXDESIGN newsletter.
5. IS A CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE AVAILABLE?
Yes. Fixdesign Horse Riding ensures a customer care service on business days working hours, i.e. Monday to Friday 8.30 to 12.30 and 14:00 to 18:00. Requests occurring in the weekends shall be dealt with on the following Monday. Requests occurring on holidays shall be dealt with starting on the first business day. Requests shall be addressed to info@fixdesignhorses.it.
6. THE “ADD TO CART” ITEM IS NOT DISPLAYED. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?
When an item cannot be added to the cart it means the selected size and colour are not available.
